Breakfast in the hotel was a luxurious buffet, then it was on the coach for our trip up Sulphur Mountain by cable car – quite a trip up – then a short (but hot) walk along the ridge to the view point.
On the way back the coach stopped to let us photo Bow Falls which were very impressive.
Back at the hotel we had a short nap then went to a museum of taxidermy animals, went to another place to look at taxidermi animals (including a ‘genuine’ merman – a mysterious man beast of the seven seas -read more about the Banff Merman here).
Then we walked along the river to the Banff Springs hotel for a nosey before heading back to the hotel via the river.
It’s been super hot again (low 30s i think) so walking around has been challenging, but worth it.
This evening we had the farewell dinner as people head off in various different directions tomorrow. It was a lovely way to end the tour.
