After a while spent battling this website and giving up on getting the images uploaded we went for breakfast. After that we walked over to some local shops, had some lunch and came back for a bit of a snooze.
The highlight of the day was our trip to Dreamlab Borderless – a huge interactive art thing which we’d bought tickets to a couple of months ago. It was totally mind bendingly excellent. We went in to a tea room in the dark at one point and the drinks came alive with the projects. Amazing.
We took a taxi to the place which dropped us off somewhere random so it took a bit of finding going down warrens of escalators and underground passages, before we eventually found it. We got the underground back to the hotel for the fun of trying to work things out and proving we could survive without out amazing guide of yesterday.
This evening we’ve been repacking our overnight bags as tomorrow our suitcases are going on their own adventure and we’ll not see them until Wednesday in Kyoto.
