Dave, Marjorie and I went for a lovely, but quite long walk at Henley-on-Thames today. The town was preparing for the women’s rowing regatta which happens next weekend so there was lots of interesting things to look at on land and sea. We walked to the Flower Pot Hotel where we had lunch then came back through some fields and a wood.
Meanwhile Jane went on a tour of some old haunts with Sally, had lunch with her parents, then went to see Lynda who used to be in the church music group.
The day went by too fast and after saying our goodbye, i got the train back to Twyford where i met with Jane and we spent the evening with our lovely friends Andy and Gill, and Tim and Helen. Lots of chatting, laughing and eating later we headed back home exhausted.
Which is my way of apologising for not having time to edit any photos or video before going to bed. I’ve got some time on Thursday where i plan to catch up with the images and videos. stand by …
