Jane and I went to our old church this morning and it was lovely to see lots of old faces and catch up on everyone’s news.
After lunch i met up with my brother (Brother Edd) who i’ve not seen in ten years. We had a great time wandering round an old air museum which rather bizarrely featured anm intercontinental nuclear missile (with a little sign on it saying it was inert which was lucky). We drove by Jane and my first house for a little bit of reminiscing and then had some cakes in a coffee shop.
Jane met with her friend Sally this afternoon and went for some walks in the countryside.
Today is fathers day in the UK and this evening Jane, Brother Edd, my dad, Marjorie and I had dinner in a local pub. It was the first time dad, Edd and i had been together for 16 years, and the first time i’d seen my dad for ten years too. The meals were huge and a great time was had by all!
