just so you know, a beep test is where kids have to run up and down the gym and get to the other side before a timer ‘beeps’ the beeps get closer together over time so it’s about endurance and speed. an alternative beep test might be to get kids to beep out swear words they recognise from a recorded track. that’s not what it was.
