the last day of the beard

so, this is the last of the beard.  i’ve now converted it in to a moustache.  you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to see that.

the day started early as kezia had her swimming and jane went for a run

i had a church training thing all morning which to be honest i wasn’t properly engaged with (my head has been in another place the last week or so, but i think the fog might be clearing after this afternoon’s excursion)

after lunch we headed down to devonport to look round a sculpture festival at takapuna fort

this evening jane cooked up a lovely roast dinner and the girls watched some telly about crocodiles and snakes (neither of which are present in New Zealand thankfully)
