i was up early and arrived at my usual car park so early that i was the first in (even before the ticket guy so i used some mobile phone app instead – very modern). i dropped off my bag at work then headed over to hear the Minister responsible for telecoms at a breakfast briefing. it was really useful actually and the rest of the day was busy.
jane had a meeting for her mainly music thing at church and i think she was at school this afternoon (our paths crossed only briefly)
this evening it’s been open day for year 6 students to look at the school they’ll go to next year. That’s kezia going to look at esther’s school as she’ll start there in less than 6 months. we saw lots of people we knew including our next door neighbours who were checking it out for the year after next.
Esther and jane went to esther’s netball then went on to the senior school open day. it’s all part of a plan to understand how the various schools work as our local school uses a slightly different system to the rest of new zealand.
jane understands it, so that’s ok
