i arrived home later than expected last night because kezia’s friend threw up out of the car (mostly)on the way home from their awards thing. she was fine, but the car was a little ‘soiled’.
Warren had come along for the drive with me, but he was excellent and disappeared off to a petrol station near the car park we’d stopped in to get a clean up kit of babywipes, toilet rolls and water! Jane kindly did some additional cleaning when we got home and it’s spent most of the day in the garage with the windows open.
anyway, i work up at 5am this morning feeling a bit peaky so i decided to work from home to be safe. i ended up feeling ok but was able to work from home so that was fine.
jane had her mainly music thing and finished off church music things, then this afternoon went to school.
esther got her school report and got ‘excellent’ for everything. so that’s good.
both had their violin lessons and kezia had swimming
esther has a violin exam tomorrow …
i’m not quite so obsessed by the UK / NZ exchange rate these days, but i did spot this rather dramatic fall today (bad for people bringing their pounds to new zealand)
jane’s gone to a book club

nice to see the old Sterling boxes again.
i don’t know if we’ll ever get rid of those Sterling boxes. I might even like to be cremated in one (when the time arrives)
