unconditional

hello

we got our passports back today and our conditional residency has become unconditional.  the lady who handed our passports back to me said i no longer have to keep my current job and that i could retire and wouldn’t be thrown out of the country.  so that’s nice.

as for my job, that’s going fine and i’ve no plans to leave.  however, Telecom is having a few problems at the moment (which are nothing to do with me).

It’s all over the media because there isn’t really much news over here.  which is why stories like ‘puppy rescued from teapot’ are so common

meanwhile jane had another busy day of doing.  and the girls had their second violin lessons which went well.

this evening i went to a band practice at church.  for those who remember me being loud at church in the UK you’ll be pleased to hear i’m now at least 10dB louder as my amp is too quite with it’s silencer button pressed in.

(photos are just random ones today i thought you might like because i didn’t take any myself today)

I liked the advert for ‘bamboo clothing’ on the NZherald page… Have you got any clothes made of bamboo yet?
