You seem remarkably happy considering you’re in the LA transit cupboard. My memories of LA, when en route to Oz, are of firstly setting off the security metal detector and being surrounded by US cops as a result, (it was the plastic-looking zip on my purse-belt)and secondly almost dying of thirst for 5 hours because I hadn’t had the foresight to get any US dollars and they refused to exchange a travellers’ cheque, and there wasn’t any drinking water. May see yah Sunday, DV, and you can decide whether my singing’s improved (or otherwise). Meanwhile, enjoy the Air NZ omelettes!

Excellent news that you’ve made it here ok. May I be the first on this particular site to welcome you back to the sunny UK! Hope you’ve got some warm clothes. I’m tempted to send you the “Helpful notes” (remember them?) for the songs on Sunday but guess that would be pushing things too far! Look forward to seeing you soon.
