school, work, lots of rain, no photos

there was some elaborate plan i only caught some of after school which involed jane picking people up on the bus route and going to the mall (i think)

you might be wondering what’s happening with our new Prime Minister.  well, he’s been keeping busy.

the concert was good last night.  i managed to edit one band’s photos before the next one came on so that was good.  still took me until after midnight to complete the other one though!  oh well

everyone had school, work

esther had something musical after school and we both picked up pearl on the way home (report today was ‘quite lively, chased two dogs’.  she did tell me but i wasn’t interested so didn’t listen!

jane has school parents evening until 9pm so a long day for her.

i’m still tired from last night so will go to bed in a minute

and kezia went to a friend’s house after school and is due back soon

according to doggy day care Pearl had a nice day relaxing and playing with Bailey K!

all the ladies had school and i had work

sorry if you got spammed with update emails or just confused by what pages were where.  i’ve finally managed to get some photos back on the blog and it should be business as usual again (except not tomorrow as i have a late night so prob won’t get to update until wednesday evening)

school, work

kezia had some musical practice until 8pm and esther had big band until 7pm.  long days for all

church this morning

then ESTHER PASSED HER DRIVING TEST THEORY (despite nearly missing her test slot due to a stupid queuing system in the shop)

we both went to Burger King to celebrate then i took her for a little test drive.  she said driving was harder than she expected so that’s good news!

also, it seems this blog is broken so i can’t upload photos any more.  hopefully it’ll get fixed at some point.  until then you’ll just have to read text.

jane and i walked pearl at a new walk round Hobsonville point where all the new houses are.  there’s now a bit of a boardwalk too, though it’s not 100% finished so there’s still a bit of road walking

after that i edited photos of last night’s concert while jane met up kezia at the mall for lunch and they both did shopping

kezia was at the mall as she’d had a youth group meeting and had been dropped off there.  she came back of her own accord later in the afternoon

this afternoon jane and i went in to town to watch an afro beat band but jane only saw half a song as she spent the time having coffee with debbie instead

after that we both had some dinner and watched some kiwi musicians playing music inside a new art installation called The Lighthouse.

while all that was going on esther was revising for her driving theory test, then went to a seminar on applying for universities over seas (didn’t learn anything new) then went to the lantern festival.

kezia has been out babysitting for some people who live round the corner from 6-11pm

so a busy day of doing different things

i went to a sad funeral in the morning and worked from home the rest of the day

everyone else had school

i photoed a band in the evening who were amazing.
