It looks like the Iran(??) Embassy where the SAS did a spectacular entry a few years ago, and Kate Adie made an outstanding entry into national broadcasting.

i heard about it a while ago, then located where it was and i thought i'd track it down next time i was around that part of town (it's not too far from paddington station heading west).

as usual, i was rushing for a train so this was a quick grab-shot for me to check when i got home to see if it was the right place, and it was !
