i don't walk much in a regular day so i've now got a noticable beer/chocolate belly. so i decided to see what i could find within a speedy walk from my office. and i found the thames near Syon House. And it's very nice. i'll be back on a sunny day to get some nicer photos.

i like how they need to point out this is naturally beautiful ... and how its not compatible with rubbish
