Sadly just a poplar hawk moth. My personal favourite moth is the elephant hawk moth (not quite as poplar with the naming people is seems)
when i lived in illinois for the summer once, i saw a moth THE SIZE OF A BIRD. i feel as those the ginormicity of the moth justifies all caps.
