thanks to Dan for his continued state-side bollard monitoring. i think we can safely say that not one bollard is moved in the US without Dan being aware of it. I think we can say that anyway.

I don't know about the entire US--it's a big country after all, and a lot of daily, continuous bollard movement to monitor. I'll try my best to give you the very best in northern California bollard happenings at least.
