i think the rats are shooting little scuba divers out of the mortar thing they are holding. maybe theres some sort of rat war and the rats scubas are being so badly opresserd by the rats that they joined the rat armed forces as living missiles to try to gain respect of the rats. or maybe not.
i think this graff ting is by banksy as are the others. theres one at archway oppsite maconalds of an escaped robber
