have you ever seen a sadder donkey ?

That's a very depressing sight. Donkeys should always be kept with another donkey, or a friend of some kind, as they get lonely.
there were a couple of donkey houses next door to this donkey. so i don't think he was totally on his own.

I have a book about a lonely donkey, called Ned. He found a friend, called Timothy, and they lived happily ever after. Curiously someone in my family has, entirely independently of this, adopted a donkey called Neddy. Coincidence is a strange thing.
our donkey, norah, lives with the sheep. and she quite likes it.
you have a pet donkey ? and a sheep ? fantastic !
perhaps your filtering software uses the word ass instead of donkey ?
