one of these bollards has magical powers

This made me think of Wizbit. Not sure that's a good thing. Ha ha this a way.....
as a near neighbour of paul daniels and the lovely debbie magee i should perhaps take the bollard round to their place and chuck it in to their garden.
i've never heard/seen them be called "bollards" before. we call them "pile-ons". or maybe it's "pilon". i'm not sure of the spelling.
"bollards" is new to me too. "traffic cone" is what we call them here.
