a quality street (funkypancake)

i found this on the pavement near where i live. it's been there for a few days. in my opinion it's a quality street.

i just wanted to imply i live in a quality road with a quality street.

perhaps i was just looking at everything through my (cadbury's) rose tinted specs ?
