church this morning. esther had a korean night practice (and lunch in a plant shop)
jane did a load of school prep
i drove esther around, dropped off some camera equipment, bumped in to an old friend from church, then did some admins
jane is out this evening at the cinema with her friends from church
kezia noted how jane and i have marked our respective territories in the office with circular barriers!

gig last night was ok, but quite dark and very late
i had work (but still felt a bit ill)
esther went in to auckland with friends and went up to the top of various very high office buildings to look out their viewing decks!
kezia went to a mall i think with a friend to get her nails done
jane had her last teacher only day
and i briefly swapped faces with kezia
i was off sick today with the office cold/headache thing
esther went to a friend’s house and built some cakes but they weren’t very nice
kezia played bowls with some friends then practices her viola with another friend
jane had school then had drinks at a colleagues house with the rest of her team which was good
i saw the pacific pearl arrive at the same time as i did this morning and left as i went to get the bus
jane had a teacher day at school today. kezia went to takapuna with a friend and esther had some friends over for a korean singing practice
i had camera club and got highly commended for the image above and honours for the one below
work for me which featured lunch with buzz
jane did ferry people to various bus stops and met up with a school chum. rest of the day was spent doing school work
esther went in to town and met with two different sets of friends during a day which featured crazy golf with dinosaurs
kezia went out for the day with her friend. i suspect they went to the mall but i haven’t asked her.
this evening esther and i popped out to the local petrol station for some eggs and visited the last remaining DVD rental shop. might be our last ever visit to one of these places!
today was a public holiday for ANZAC day
so we went for a muddy walk in the Waitakere ranges with half the population of Auckland
we had a picnic under shelter at the arataki visitor centre
then drove over to Fairy Falls for a two hour stomp
the rest of the day has been spent doing school prep (jane), watching online telly (the girls), having a friend to stay over (kezia) and sorting out my computer (dave)
day spent researching and buying computer (me) then photoing at a funny little club
esther had korean drumming
rest of day was milling about
so i missed sunday. church, shopping for computer bits and kezia phone stuff. debbie, malcolm and biffy for a lovely dinner
i took the day off work today and the four of us went to tiritiri matangi island to look at the birds
the weather was amazing and we had a great day
this evening jane and i went round to biffy’s house to celebrate debbie selling her house
