esther had music stuff then has gone up north for a music camp
the weather was wet and wild in to the evening
i photoed a band whose singer was the lead singer of the first all female punk band. i was expecting it to be a bit lively but in fact it was a very relaxed (and fun) evening but very wet driving home

esther and kezia had a school trip with their music lessons to go to see the auckland philharmonic orchestra in auckland which was good (according to esther) and bad (according to kezia who was annoyed by the other kids chatting).
esther had a physics exam after school which finished at 6.30pm
we all had burgers from charles junior
i worked from home today and got loads done which was great. Yay for creating complex spread sheets on my big photo editing screen!
girls has school. kezia has youth group this evening
i phoned up to sack out pool care people as i discovered the latest pool repair man (who came to repair the leak) had left the cover off an important bit of the pump which meant it’s been pumping air rather than water round the system.

church this morning for everyone except jane who was busy with school work
this afternoon i went to devonport to look at an exhibition and saw a dog wearing ‘doggles’
rest of the day has been homework, school prep, housework and putting some pictures in frames
jane took esther and her friend to her korean drumming practice then she went on to her korean singing practice
jane then did the grocery shopping then spent most of the rest of the day at school supervising the school play again
kezia and i went to whangaparoa to find a musical instrument market which had closed by the time we got there so we did some other shopping
then on the way back we got some photo frames then spent an hour wandering round a cash ‘n’ carry as i qualify for a card now.
we only bought a couple of chocolate bars today but we inspected all the aisles
other than that i’ve been editing my music photos from last night (see other post) and ordered some prints for the exhibition

girls have friends for a sleep over tonight and have gone to jane’s school school play tonight

jane went to school this evening to supervise backstage at the school play but then got sent home again as there were enough other helpers
i did some sorting of things for my exhibition which is only a couple of weeks away now (so i need to get my pictures sorted!)
