here's andy. he was visiting from the UK with his lovely wife and kindly gave up their last afternoon in new zealand to visit us. i took them to muriwai to look at gannets and walk through the bush. twas splendid

the queen elizabeth was in auckland on monday morning so that was nice to walk by on the way to my office.

my work colleague went to waiheke island near auckland and stumbled across a load of mannequins in a vineyard. how good is that?
